In consideration of High Country Beverage Corp. (“HCB ”) extending and providing credit to
, and to induce HCB to sell merchandise on credit terms to the account, the undersigned unconditionally guarantee(s) prompt payment when due at all times thereafter of any and all indebtedness and liability of every kind, nature character and all renewals, extensions and modifications
thereof now existing or which may hereafter exist from the account, to HCB, and the undersigned, jointly and severally, do hereby agree to be personally obligated to pay the entire unpaid balance, together with all interest
at 18% per annum, charges, costs of collection, legal expenses and attorney’s fees incurred or paid by HCB in the collection of said outstanding sums, and the enforcement of this guarantee.
This guarantee shall apply to all extensions and renewals of the indebtedness now or hereafter in existence, from HCB to account, and each of the undersigned hereby consents that said indebtedness may be extended
from time to time without further notice to or further ascent from or demand upon the undersigned or any of them, in accordance with the applicable law.
Each of the undersigned expressly waives notice of default; notice of acceptance of the guarantee and notice of any kind with respect to said indebtedness of this guarantee. Each of the undersigned consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions of said indebtedness.
This guarantee shall be binding upon the undersigned jointly and severally and upon the heirs, executors, administrators, legatees, devises, or assigns and each of the undersigned until each and every obligation herein guaranteed has been paid in full. This guarantee shall ensure to the benefit of the successors and interests and assigns of HCB.
