In consideration of the prize awarded to me by High Country Beverage (the “Sponsor(s)”), I hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor(s), its distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion, production, and fulfillment agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, rights, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that I or my heirs, successors and assign or any third party may have arising out of my or their use or misuse of the prize including but not limited to personal injuries, death and disability. I represent and warrant that I understand the risk, both limited to personal injuries, death, and disability. I represent and warrant that I understand the risk, both ordinary and extraordinary, associated with the prize and I am not a current employee of the Sponsor(s), its distributor, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agents, any person entity licensed to sell alcoholic beverages or the immediate family or household of any of the above, nor am I connect with such entities in any way.
No substitution will be allowed for any prize. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
I represent and warrant that I am of at least 21 years of age, that I have read or have had read to me each and every word of the foregoing prior to its execution and am fully familiar with the contents hereof. The representation herein shall on my heirs, successors, assigns and representatives.
